the so-called breakfast was a disgrace, always cold and barely edible. i can't imagine how someone could ruin an omelet so effortlessly. quite disappointing that my room was never cleaned, makes you wonder what i'm paying for. they should've upgraded my room for such inconveniences, but apparently, that's too much to ask. this place is overrated.

The breakfast was impressive, especially the variety offered, making mornings delightful. The setting next to the historic Vanderbilt Mansion and FDR Home added extra charm to the experience.
